Compilation fails for me with error:

systemd-stable-255.4/meson.build:1144:23: ERROR: Dependency "passwdqc" not found, tried pkgconfig and cmake

Fixed by adding following meson options in PKGBUILD:

-Dhomed=false
-Dimportd=false
-Dlibcryptsetup-plugins=false
-Dnss-mymachines=false
-Dpasswdqc=false
-Drepart=false
-Dremote=false
-Dselinux=false
-Dsysupdate=false
-Dxenctrl=false
