Note that this package has been deleted before, see request PRQ#8733 on 2017-08-06, which was accepted on 2017-10-09:

efitools has since become a package in Extra. The new package in Extra also appears to track the master branch of the official git repo, as such this package now only serves as a duplicate of it.

I do not agree with the previous request: the package in [extra] is built against a fixed commit which is periodically updated. The usefulness of this package is that it automatically tracks the latest commit on the master branch.
