EFL still uses autotools. Meson work is underway but not ready. That work is in a branch, not master. I won't switch the AUR build until meson is solid and well tested.

it should be fixed upstream now btw. i just fixed it.

upstream issue for sure. that file was just renamed last night in upstream. it seems someone forgot to update POTFILES.in for a rename that happened.
