Sorry, still the same error (even after exporting SDL_VIDEODRIVER=x11 and rebuilding the package)

EDIT: I finally managed to get it working under the Plasma desktop by simply deleting all my KDE config files. I don't know which particular config file was guilty; if I can determine it, I'll post my findings here.

Try recompiling the package @noplomplom. It compiles and is working for me, yet I have to export SDL_VIDEODRIVER=x11 for the game to run in Xorg.

I'm getting nearly the same error as weedfreak got on 2013-05-22: terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error' what(): basic_string::_M_construct null not valid Aborted (core dumped) It used to work quite fine until today. Anyone having the same issue? Any idea on how to solve it?

Glad I could help.

Updated PKGBUILD to point to ubuntu archives of same package. Will modify as needed to maintain compilation integrity.

URLs seem dead, impossible to download the package.
