updated the building process.
it looks like the modules are incompatible with older releases, though.
i may need to switch the dep over to ejabberd-git[0]- but currently that also fails to build, and is at 15.04; upstream tagged is at 15.09 but i've filed a request[1] that the maintainer use upstream's master branch's HEAD instead of a tagged release.

The package does not build anymore, the build.sh files have been removed from all modules.
Seems like the modules can/should be installed via ejabberdctl:
