I rejected my request at a moment

It's okay also I don't need to rename it, I will just update it as soon as it's the best time or apply the workaround if needed.

Sorry, I missed it. But removing versioned one and renaming this is very difficult.

I am aware of the workaround but I didn't want to resort to it and use a buggy release to avoid issues I went back to the last version until then but I can do so, holding back for a short amount of time isn't going to cause any issues, we don't have to jump to the bleeding edge version right away.
Okay but I didn't submit a duplicate package, my package was here first and has been here since , https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/electron36-castlab-bin is the duplicate package not mine and was sumbitted at 2025-04-23
Look not to sound rude mate but instead of jumping into people packages not knowing what they are for and making assumptions and trying to push requests maybe you should ask first.

Is the bug avoided by https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/electron36/-/commit/3be10d9cba798e1472ecfe701666d6ef526564d5 ?
Even for avoiding bug, submitting duplicated pkg is not allowed. How about pushing
electron-castlabmeta package withdepends=electron36-castlabprovided byelectron36-castlab-bin.gameslayer commented on 2025-06-14 09:11 (UTC) (edited on 2025-06-14 09:20 (UTC) by gameslayer)
yes and this package regularly get updated to the latest version when scheduled on my calendar, I don't want to use a static package for each electron-castlab update
Also the reason it's at electronv34.4.1+wvcus-1 is due to a gtk bug https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/46538
Please remove the request as I will update this package to v36 as soon as the bug is resolved also my package came out first and pre-dates the one you suggested.

Are every pkgs deps on this owned by you? Please switch to package with major version e.g. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/electron36-castlab-bin
