I encountered a build failure:

$ node script/packager.js
Build failed: Response code 404 (Not Found) for https://registry.npmmirror.com/-/binary/electron/v33.0.2/electron-v33.0.2-linux-x64.zip
Done in 30.46s.

It appears that the binary for Electron version 33.0.2 is not available.
