According to the AUR submission guidelines

Packages that build from a version control system and are not tied to a specific version need to have an appropriate suffix, -git for git Shouldn't this package be renamed to emerald-legacy-launcher-git?

Also the upstream URL is out of date.

I'm open to being a co-maintainer if needed as well, just email me!
