@mekb Thanks for the suggestion. I'm about to make changes in the emoji list adding icon/symbol, unicode, decimal and hexadecimal characters as well. It would take some time. I'll update the dependency as you indicated at the same time.

Please make dmenu optdepends so we can compile our own version without using a package
