To compile with GCC 10, use the following cmake flag
-DCMAKE_Fortran_FLAGS=-fallow-argument-mismatch

Just in case somebody lands here because of this error (took me a while to figure it out, need emos for CDO):
Install eccodes 2.10 changing on its build file:
pkgver=2.10.0
md5sums=('c32ba54676b2fa5e1ebd782528185cdd')
And then emos should install without problems.
Cheers!

I had some troubles and these two lines before the "mkdir -p build" command allowed a successful compilation:
sed -i sandbox/CMakeLists.txt -e 's/LIBS emos/LIBS emos eccodes/g'
sed -i tests/CMakeLists.txt -e 's/LIBS emos/LIBS emos eccodes/g'
I am not an expert using CMake so maybe this is not the most elegant approach.
