I've made a working pkgbuild for this. I am willing to take over as maintainer since this hasn't been updated in over a month.

Ah, ok, Version 12b4b12 was from 2013-05-22, since then the Makefile was removed (2013-05-27) and everything was changed to CMake. Then please update the PKGBUILD.

Some days ago I installed this package without problems. Today I tried again (on a fresh Archlinux on an RPi) and it didn't work, because make couldn't find make file. I fixed it with a line "cmake ." before line "make || return 1". Can you verify this fix is necessary to compile or was just something missing at my system?
