The encryptr url on line 6 of the pkgbuild is no longer valid. There is no https address there and you get an error trying to navigate to it. There is an http address (http://encryptr.org/) that just refers you back to the main Spideroak page (https://spideroak.com/). So the pkgbuild should probably be updated on line 6 to just use the Spideroak url.

@skeggsc I hadn't realized I was still maintainer; I haven't been using encryptr. Feel free to update it. I've orphaned the package

encryptr needs to depend on gconf: ./encryptr-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libgconf-2.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
