Added the Debian patches.

I don't quite understand, why the pkgver should not contain dnh, I kept it this way for now.

The sha256 is the strongest, you can nuke the md5 and sha1. :)

Please fix PKGBUILD to use $pkgdir instead of $startdir/pkg to fix building with new pacman-4.1.
