tried it, and didn't even load the iso image. it just spat out an error. etcher-bin is the clear winner here.

There's already etcher-bin, why do we need two binary packages?

From a fresh install:

$ etcher

You seem to download only PKGBUILD without the etcher shim that is hosted next to it. Please use the Download snapshot button that can be found on the right side of each package page on AUR. Or use Git Clone URLs that can be found on the very beginning of each package page.

Hmm, it won't build for me right now.

its the only balena etcher that works properly in the whole AUR

Launching etcher from the terminal without root results in this error: [24154:1108/101334.020612:FATAL:gpu_data_manager_impl_private.cc(415)] GPU process isn't usable. Goodbye. /opt/balenaEtcher/balena-etcher: línea 10: 24154 ``trap`` para punto de parada/seguimiento (``core`` generado) "${script_dir}"/balena-etcher.bin "$@"

I'm pretty sure this is related to the Nvidia issue since I do have an RTX2080. Using sudo etcher launches the program without errors though.
