etckeeper-packages.sh fails when no foreign packages are installed (because pacman -Qqem returns an exit code of 1 that bubbles up to the script)

Don't want to rain on your parade... but isn't https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pacman-backup-hook/ a much simpler way to accomplish the same thing?
