It is conflicting with /usr/bin/et provided by wps-office package.

/usr/bin/et is owned by wps-office 11.1.0.9505-1

What is the recommended way to deal with this situation?

Could the -j4 be removed from the call to make? This caused my VM with 2 vCPUs to completely freeze up.

I upgraded my client and server to 5.1 and now it says ERROR: unknown command line flag 'idpasskeyfile' Error starting ET process through ssh, please make sure your ssh works first

This seems to be because etserver is installed as etterminal, and etterminal is not installed at all.
