Please install /etc/udev/rules.d/60-iit-e-keys.rules to another directory:
/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/60-iit-e-keys.rules.

Files in/etc/udev/rules.d/ are left to be created by users who want to override the defaults in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/.

Checksum for "euswi.64.deb" in PKGBUILD file is not correct (maybe they rebuilt the package).
