I found it difficult to setup a headless server and a full version on the same machine in order to keep the server running when I am off the game. I choose to repackage the full version to be not conflict with other versions of Factorio, and use bubblewrap to rebind the directories. I hope it could be useful for some users like me, that want to run the server and the full version at the same time.
