With the upgrade to 0.15, I changed the default save file location and how it is set in /etc/conf.d/factorio (to match with the factorio-headless-experimental package) Before: SAVE_FILE=/var/lib/factorio/.factorio/saves/factorio-service-save.zip After: SAVE_NAME=factorio-service-save This will put the save file in /var/lib/factorio/factorio-service-save.zip The old factorio-service-save.zip file will be automatically copied to the new location upon upgrading (unless it already exists for some reason...). If you haven't changed /etc/conf.d/factorio, you shouldn't need to do anything. If you have modified /etc/conf.d/factorio, you'll have to set the SAVE_NAME correctly (the install script should give you a sensible value based on your previous SAVE_FILE value). In all cases, the old 0.14 default save will stay in .factorio/saves/factorio-service-save.zip Please also note that the factorio service will automatically be stopped when doing the upgrade to make sure it's copying an up-to-date save file.

@mickael9: Here you go, I disowned the package. Thanks!

@duthils: sure, I'll take it if you don't want it, or you can just set me as comaintainer

@mickael9: would you like to maintain this package? I don't have much time to give to it, and I don't run a server myself. Seems like you know exactly what to change too.

@duthils: for 0.14 : --latency-ms has been removed --autosave-interval and --autosave-slots have been removed and replaced with settings from server-settings.json Here is the diff from my package, feel free to reuse the interesting parts : https://gist.github.com/mickael9/8dd500eb6e8feadc68cb045e83817f8d Edit: Oh, and --allow-commands is also removed and configured in server-settings.json

@mickael9, thanks a lot for the list of fixes, I applied them. I don't have time right now to dig around what are the changes, so it was very helpful. Please let me know if you see any more issues.

This package is broken for 0.13 because of the following changes: --peer-to-peer has been removed --disallow-commands has been removed (use --allow-commands admins-only instead) --create and --start-server now take a save file path rather than a save name
