It installs the file to /usr/share/fairy-stockfish/xiangqi-c07e94a5c7cb.nnue

Read the PKGBUILD for extra build options.
- Clang improves performance by about 2.22%
- Profile-guided optimization improves performance by about 9.75%
- Large boards and all variants decreases performance by about 29.97%.
