Use https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/any/fake-hwclock instead

@Manouchehri - The upstream code changed a bit. Please see this PKGBUILD that accounts for it as well as corrects some errors here. Thank you for maintaining this.

In your PKGBUILD, can you remove line 16: depends=(''), it causes an error when building.
