2.0.0 is released as pre-relase, so confused, I am not sure, but if we just change source and pkgver, this pkg will be broken

Please add "armv7h" and "armv6" to the

arch=('x86_64' 'aarch64' 'riscv64')

The last update broke this PKGBUILD,

 $ echo '==> Validating source files with sha256sums...
    fastfetch-1.9.1.tar.gz ... FAILED
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
 -> error downloading sources: fastfetch

Needs changing the checksum hash.

Shouldn't the hash be 0b6d31bc213282b26a7c2fc9706d41e1669a7ea8875154ba6aed1ba428c92b3d and not be4e2e398be7b7e2dcb771813c9691b2ecdfe20c430eca90c0ee39707f322b2e?

@NovaViper: Upstream updated the commit for the same tag which is bad practice. This is the third package I've had to update for this same reason today...

NovaViper commented on 2023-01-30 19:49 (UTC)

Hey the package is no longer building, it keeps failing with this message

error downloading sources: fastfetch
    context: error downloading sources: fastfetch
    context: exit status 1

==> Making package: fastfetch 1.9.1-2 (Mon 30 Jan 2023 01:45:19 PM CST)

We could update this PKGBUILD with the same list of supported arch as fastfetch-git:

https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=fastfetch-git#n7

@Antiz: 1.6.1 is only related to Android, there's nothing to update here.

@LinusDierheimer: You're right. namcap erroneously thinks it depends on bash because of the included completion.

LinusDierheimer commented on 2022-06-10 14:10 (UTC)

FYI fastfetch doesn't depend on bash, but glibc instead.
