@wiener234 Since these two sources are broken, I just switched the source from
snap
torpm
. And it should be reported to upstream. (I won't do that since I'm not using this package)BTW, it depends on an aur package
icu72
, it would be better if the upstream can build it againsticu=73
(which is in the official repo of Archlinux).wiener234 commented on 2023-08-18 10:08 (UTC)
@sukanka Saying that the executable is incompatible means that only the one from the RPM package is not working or that the one provided with this AUR-Package is not working? Because I get the same error you listed below by using this AUR.

@overmind88 This is a good idea, but the executable is incompatible with archlinux's Qt6

Hello! Have you seen they published rpm packages https://fbreader.org/linux/packages Maybe it will be more useful for repackage?

Latest build fails due to the .snap file name mismatching the PKGBUILD.
unsquashfs -f ${_pkgname}-${pkgver}.snap /bin/FBReader
should be changed to:unsquashfs -f ${_pkgname}-${pkgver}-${_snap_ver}.snap /bin/FBReader

There's version 2.0 (revision 22) available on the edge channel.
But it also requires libnettle.so.7.
