Please use /usr/share/webapps instead of /srv/http. See https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/phpmyadmin

I have a feeling that not all dependencies are filled. Don't you also need a webserver for this package?
