This package is failing to build:

(...)/fenics-basix-git/src/basix/python/wrapper.cpp:18:10: fatal error: pybind11/numpy.h: No such file or directory

Moreover I'm getting tons of LC_ALL warnings. Looking at the PKGBUILD, it's trying to set the locale to irish english (wtf?):

export LC_ALL=en_IE.UTF-8

The license on the package is wrong, it should be MIT.
