I made this AUR package when I recommended a DuoFlex CT to a friend. I shouldn't have as the C/T drivers have never really been reliable and haven't been compatible with ffdecsawrapper. Until DD includes a complete V4L library with their driver package this will remain a problem. The media-build-experimental drivers from the GIT repo do include a complete V4L library but aren't working for us. The S2 cards are reported to work better.
So my friend has moved on and I have no DD-DVB cards to work with anymore and it's futile anyway unless the driver packages are fundamentally changed. I'm going to have to disown this package.

Digital Devices has gone linux friendly by publishing a linux driver package. Because it no longer provides a V4L media lib package, there are differences. It resembles the ffdecsawrapper-git now so it also requires the kernel source. A few things:
1) I don't want to host this package for different kernels versions. So the checksum is set to SKIP for the kernel source. It will grab yours automatically and the integrity should almost always be fine.
2) This package will modprobe the 10 main DD driver modules at installation as a failsafe.
3) Very Important: Don't forget to connect the extra "floppy disc" power supply to the DD card. It's easy to overlook

A few changes...
1) LIRC and RC lib's from V4L are no longer included in this package. Only digital devices RC modules will be installed.
Reason: Other V4L based dvb packages have had problems with LIRC with kernel 3.12.
2) Improved firmware catchment

This is another FFdecswrapper package for use with the Digital Devices line of DVB devices; which drivers are not included in the kernel as of 3.11. Feedback about your Digital Devices card is greatly appreciated, even if it does work well.
