@EndlessEden I've added a patch for cuda 11.0.

EndlessEden commented on 2020-07-22 02:49

just a warning; cuda-11.0.2-1 is not compatible, and it will be soon pushed to community repo.

any news upstream or a patch?

@JDAturbo Thanks. Fixed. Don't forget to delete your cached patch file before building, since only the source has changed.

Build currently failing due to using 0001-Add-ability-for-ffmpeg-to-run-svt-av1.patch instead of 0001-Add-ability-for-ffmpeg-to-run-svt-av1-with-svt-hevc.patch.

SolarAquarion commented on 2020-06-21 02:38

this is seemingly svt-av1 and similar based on ffmpeg git master https://gist.github.com/1480c1/ecc1dd3a15093398492c86f2314f4a67

@EndlessEden This is due to some upstream (ffmpeg) changes, and I have added a patch to fix it. Package is now building fine.

EndlessEden commented on 2020-06-04 06:16

Anyone else failing to build with "ff_side_data_set_encoder_stats" failing implicitly.

could be temporary, but i wanted to be sure. - All depends (except any aur specific depends) are all from arch repo.

EDIT: Removed doxygen during building and it worked.

Getting this error when trying to build.

@troyBORG Package is building fine. I have no issues with nvcc/cuda when building.

If you're using an AUR helper, switch to makepkg.

troyBORG commented on 2020-04-22 04:48

  -> Running ffmpeg configure script...
ERROR: failed checking for nvcc.

If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
version from Git. If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
ffmpeg-user@ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.
Include the log file "ffbuild/config.log" produced by configure as this will help
solve the problem.
