Does not work anymore with java 1.7 .... Still got the missing icon issue. I guess you should put filebot.png somewhere else than in /usr/share/pixmaps/filebot.png maybe in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/**x**/apps/

Out of date + filebot icon does not appear next to the menu entry in Gnome.
