There is a Typo in the package() function that prevents the filebrowser.service File to be installed

install -Dm644 "filebrowser.servic"e -t "${pkgdir}/usr/lib/systemd/system/"

EDIT - Is this something I can fix myself?

Getting the following error during install. I had same issue when I tried to update so I uninstalled thinking it was a local issue.

AUR Explicit (1): filebrowser-bin-2.28.0-1

:: (0/1) Failed to download PKGBUILD: filebrowser-bin

 -> error fetching filebrowser-bin: error: The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by merge:

        LICENSE

Please move or remove them before you merge.

Aborting

Applied autostash.

         context: exit status 1

EDIT UPDATE - Doing the install using git clone / makepkg works so whatever is happening is to do with how yay processes the package.

Thank you for packaging updates so quickly!

Should it be possible to also add the arm arch as the aarch64 arch works on the odroid hc4.

@nac Thanks, the working directory should be created by yourself and the filebrowser-bin.install file is just a example for how you could use it instead of copy and paste it to the terminal, please refer to the official documents for details of specific use.

There seems to be a few things wrong with the way this is packaged:

1) After installing we are presented with a list of instructions, where one step says:

sudo filebrowser config export /etc/filebrowser/config.json

However /etc/filebrowser doesn't exist and there is no mention that this directory should be created. This is confusing because the first step does tell you to mkdir a new filepath. So this doesn't seem consistent.

2) When trying to start the sytemd filebrowser unit we get the following error:

filebrowser@config.service: Changing to the requested working directory failed: No such file or directory

And this is caused by the following line from the systemd service file:

WorkingDirectory=/usr/share/filebrowser
