@symen I figured it out. You need to use "--name" parameter under Wayland for it to associate correctly.

It works for me with: "Exec=firefox-beta --name "Firefox Beta" %u"

@symen that didn't seem to help. I just downloaded the v71beta and it had the same issue. I installed Firefox Development from stable repo and it is working properly.

I removed StartupNotify=true from the desktop file and it seems to work fine now. Let me know if this issue still occur on your end.

On any version above 70.0b6-1, Firefox crashes immediately. Am I the only one having this issue?

I generally use the default theme, but I could successfully switch to the dark theme from the "Customize" view. Maybe Firefox 68 now follows the system's dark mode setting by default ?

after today update i cant install firefox-beta-bin i see that file firefox-65.0b3.tar.bz2 has wrong sha256sums. if i change in pkgbuild '81a169d7541735059645b4021c3ab2332af016214d3726be58fcd376b601755f' to 'skip' then it works ;)
