Please change the source to: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/3956569/flagfox-6.1.51.xpi
Notice the source's URL directory (/3956569) changes with every version. If we retrieve the extension from the previous directory, it'll install the previous version, regardless of what the pkgver filename is.
That's why the checksums were the same, because it's the same file just with a different name. If you check Firefox add-on settings, it'll show the previous version 6.1.49, and it'll keep nagging about outdated flagfox when you startup the browser.
