Why is this package architecture set to x86_64 when it's a theme and should be set to any?

@ewout Added thanks for the heads up. It must be new, there was no userContent.css when I first created this package.

Instructions for userContent.css are missing from INSTALL.md

See INSTALL.md after installing this package to setup firefox to use this theme from your system /usr/lib directory.
