I'm getting an error when compiling:

src/firejail/sandbox.c:1190: undefined reference to `aa_change_onexec'

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Here's an updated 0.9.58.2: https://gist.github.com/francoism90/d628a08ee6eed2b695a13a066cf9117b

Could you please indicate the version of firejail that this package provides in the "provides" directive? Without explicitly indicating the version, this package doesn't satisfy the requirements of firewarden, or any other package that requires a specific version of firejail.

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PKGBUILD#provides

Changing this line:

provides=('firejail')

to this:

provides=("firejail=$pkgver")

should address this issue. Thanks!

Hi @IrvineHimself, I will take care of this package ;) Enjoy your selinux learning :)

IrvineHimself commented on 2018-11-29 09:27

To continue my studies of Linux security, I have moved to Fedora/SELinux and will no longer be able to maintain this package. I hope in the future to return to Arch Linux, but for the moment, all the best

Hi, is it possible to add provides=("firejail") or replaces=() ?

IrvineHimself commented on 2018-05-16 16:37

You should note that, regardless of what pacman thinks, "-rc-?" is how upstream issues interim updates. As a result, packages without the suffix are actually the more up to date.

For example 0.9.54, is more up to date than 0.9.54-rc-2.

Unless otherwise requested, in the future, to avoid any confusion, I will not be posting the interim updates.

No problem: Added 'etc/apparmor.d/local/firejail-local' to backup, as requested.
