@calebowolf Hi. "*-git" packages are vcs packages and are always building the latest development version (e.g. master branch) and not a specific release or version.
The version number of the package is not the actual version that is going to be installed but the version the package changed the last time.
You will always get the latest version!

"AUR maintainers should not commit mere pkgver bumps."
So there is no need to update this package

If you want to use the latest release version feel free to use the "firestorm" package which builds from the release tag.

Or are you looking for the beta?
If yes I can create a firestorm-beta package aswell but I'm not sure if I can manage to keep that up to date all the time.

this should be either updated to build 7.2.4 (80323) or build 7.2.4 (80364) as well as it should be noted in the comments about which branch its pulling from? as i dont know or seem to find which one this is following other than "master"

This now builds the master branch. I renamed the launcher and patched the way it generates the config folder to make sure it's using a separate config than firestorm-bin and firestorm. It can be installed side-by-side. -> Binary: firestorm-dev, Config Folder: $HOME/.firestorm_x64-dev

i had to changed the source in the PGKBUILD. this needs to be changed. also the build fails with ERROR: FileNotFoundError: can't read '/home/mark/build/firestorm-git/src/fs-build-variables/variables': [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/mark/build/firestorm-git/src/fs-build-variables/variables'
