flash-fullscreen-patcher.sh now has a command line mode and works (better)
with pepper/chrome flash plugin
I've also added a patch to ignore mouse clicks in other monitor to not leave full screen
flash-fullscreen-patcher.sh -f <plugin> -- remove ESC message
flash-fullscreen-patcher.sh -i <plugin> -- ignore mouse clicks in other monitor in multi monitor setups
flash-fullscreen-patcher.sh -g -- gui mode

Small fix to the executing script.

Use it from a terminal - there is no desktop file.
Copy libflashplayer.so, eg /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
to a user writable location first, eg. ~/
Then use 'other' from the menu, enable any files and choose your copy as target.
After sucessful patching, copy it back as root.
