I switched to python2-dateutil as 2.4 is not blacklisted by flexget and seems to work.

As of flexget commit
06f39f5on 2023-12-17,python-pendulum>=3.0.0is required. Currently (2024-01-02) mainline Arch repos carry 2.1.2. The 3.0.0 version is in extra-testing.
