The 404 error is an upstream issue (they still link to it in their installation script), please report there or wait for them to fix it.

Misses AUR dependency: readline6
Without readline6 installed, flirc_util will fail to run with error:
flirc_util: error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
