Official packages already moved on to dart 3.13 and this package still requires dart 3.11...
And it looks like now it's really starting to break stuff (we can't just fake the dart compatibility):
packages/flutter_tools/lib/src/base/io.dart:403:32: Error: The return type of the method 'NetworkInterface.addresses' is 'List<InternetAddress>', which does not match the return type, 'List<InterfaceAddress>', of the overridden method, 'NetworkInterface.addresses'.
==> ERROR: Build failed, check /var/lib/aurcache-worker/chroot/job-1092/build
- 'List' is from 'dart:core'.
- 'InternetAddress' is from 'dart:io'.
- 'InterfaceAddress' is from 'dart:io'.
Change to a subtype of 'List<InterfaceAddress>'.
List<io.InternetAddress> get addresses => _delegate.addresses;
^
org-dartlang-sdk:///sdk/lib/io/socket.dart:202:30: Context: This is the overridden method ('addresses').
List<InterfaceAddress> get addresses;
^
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
Aborting...

This package is deprecated in favor of
aur/flutterwhich now contains all required artifacts on its own. This PKGBUILD will be kept as is in order to ensure seamless builds of old Flutter version in future.
