This menu works as it should just read the instuctions from the upstream url

This works very well and generates a quite comprehensive menu while being dependent only on python2 and fluxbox. However, I feel the need to share my experience that when the locale on the system is not set, flux-menu will apparently just overwrite the menu with an empty file as the flux-menu executable in the package exits with a python error before generating a menu.
