Please update the "provides" in your PKGBUILD. This does not provide the same thing as the package named fossil (which has nothing to do with this gemini browser) and will not satisfy the dependencies of packages that depend on fossil.

I suspect they may conflict which optionally could be resolved be renaming the binary if desired.
