About the license, I have seen that the website says GPL2 however in the package /usr/share/doc/freedelta/copyright says GPL3

About the email I have used what is it written in the pkgbuild credits but I re-send it to your other address too

Sorry, I haven't received it and I don't know how you get my email. And thanks for your information, I'm looking to compile from the source code.

I get it now, thanks.

Also, if AUR doesn't allow me to use the original name, I will add it to BioArchLinux via its original name. I'm maintaining this Biological software repository that will use lilac and archrepo2. But now it uses aur_build. Welcome everyone to join.

While I'm not sure what you mean with "It shows it's version 2"

For not using a specific mirror copy the download link, for example https://sourceforge.net/projects/freedelta/files/freedelta/freedelta_2.8.2_amd64.deb/download

and remove /download from it when you paste in source=()

I have send you the free-delta-bin pkgbuild with modifications by mail minutes ago

So, could you tell me how to deal with the mirror of sourceforge? https://sourceforge.net/projects/freedelta/ It shows it's GPL version 2.

As it is this pkgbuild is not ok, you build from source or make a -bin pkgbuild

The license is GPL3

gtk2 dependency is missing

You are using a specific sourceforge mirror which is discouraged to do.

You have listed yourself also as # Contributor: when you are already the maintainer
