The binaries require that they are executed from the
/opt/ffcs/directory, I could not find a way around this.The package has the https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/freefem-cs?h=freefem-cs, which is copied to
/usr/binand is used to runffcsgui, maybe you can modify it to run whatever other binary you need.As for the
