The binaries are not working in /usr/bin because they require that all resources are in the same directory.

Missing binary files in /usr/bin, won't start from desktop files.
Doesn't seem to pick up config either (~/.FreeFileSync)
Edit: just noticed config path has been changed to ~/.config/FreeFileSync with version 10.6
