Both freelib and freelib-git need both system's quazip-qt6 and the git submodules to build, different errors appear if one of them is missing

It seems there is a currently maintained continuation fork with new versions:

https://github.com/petrovvlad/freeLib

You can check AUR's freelib-git and adapt its PKGBUILD.

Please do not flag this package out-of-date for version 5.0.1 available. There is no source code available for 5.0.1, if you want one, please use binary build available at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/freelib-bin/. Thanks!

SinClaus, Looks like a bug. I usually export the book before reading, so never experienced the issue myself until you pointed it out. You are welcome to propose the patch - I won't have time myself to look into it soon.

Why freeLib save reading book to the tmp-based directory? This directory in Arch is memory-resident and book can't be accessed next day.

SamuraiJack, This is sad :( However, thanks to creator for making project open source! I have a plan to change the PKGBUILD to build the app from sources, but for now will just update the package to the new binary release.

Has hard dependency on gstreamer0.10, so it is difficult to use if right now on up-to-date arch system...
