@sftrytry: This looks familiar, but I thought the issue was resolved since it has been compiling fine for others. I can't remember the details on this problem, but I think only one of these is failing and is causing the other to fail because it is a dependency. I would try to compile each project independently and see what errors you get during the build.

I got this error message. Building projects - see build.log file for progress... Finished build : end of log file shows ... !!ERROR in BUILD!! Could not make the following projects successfully: fslsurface ptx2

Thanks, chit. I had done the same thing manually and forgotten to add it to the PKGBUILD. Symbolic link added to the new PKGBUILD and release updated to 2.

/usr/bin/fsl: line 11: /opt/fsl/bin/fslwish: No such file or directory Executable paths seem to be wrong. Worked around it by making a symlink /opt/fsl/bin -> /usr/bin

Updated to 5.0.0. PKGBUILD is now a little cleaner and no patch is needed.
