My bad. You're right. All was fine. I was just using Wayland instead of Xorg.

Seems like you're running Wayland. Have you tried reverting back to Xorg?

It's on startup.
I've just tried reinstalling both fslpy and fsleyes. Get the following output when running
fsleyesfrom the terminal:tobac commented on 2020-04-07 16:07 (UTC)
On startup or in a specific usage situation?
Have you tried reinstalling fslpy/fsleyes? They might need a recompilation after a Python upgrade.

Hi,
I've recently started to get segfault errors when launching fsleyes. Not sure whether it's a problem with fslpy or fsleyes.

If you use the AUR
fslpackage, then FSL is installed in/opt/fsl. The corresponding variable$FSLDIRshould be automatically set to that path via/etc/profile.d/fsl.sh.Feakster commented on 2020-03-07 14:04 (UTC)
Thanks @tobac. It works now. Do you know where to point

What you need is "fsleyes-widgets" from the AUR. It is a dependency of the "fsleyes" package so I'm not quite sure how you managed to install fsleyes without installing fsleyes-widgets ;)

python-distributionfrom AUR viayaybut I still get the same error message.keiichiiownsu12 commented on 2019-08-08 19:40 (UTC) (edited on 2019-08-08 19:41 (UTC) by keiichiiownsu12)
It appears the fsleyes tarball fails sha256sums validation:
