For Apache, you may also want to add "index.htm" to the "DocumentIndex" key in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf, since it isn't there by default.

Provided you already have a working installation of TT-RSS, it should work out of the box without any need to change configuration files.
It should be accessible as a subdirectory of tt-rss, e.g. on the following URL: https://www.example.com/tt-rss/g2ttrss-mobile/
I was unable to find any license information, so I put it as unknown.
There is no release tagged as stable, but there are not any commits in 3 years, so I pinned this package to this last commit.
