Builds just fine against granite 5.2.5-1 from [community], in a clean chroot.

Well pantheon is still very much beta on Arch Linux even after several years. Gala only recently got patched for the latest mutter, but it is still unsupported, I wouldn't be surprised if the recent patch weren't enough.
Did you log in as an existing user that had, for example, previously started a recent gnome? I would suggest creating a new user with a fresh home if so.
If not you might want to launch gala in a running gnome session, see what goes wrong in the CLI.

Well, I had to collect everything on another computer, but when I log in, I see the inscription “Oh, no! Something went wrong".

yay builds it just fine mate

If you don't consider yay a decent aur helper then I guess so.

mutter is in depends and is resolved by makepkg -si, the only aur dep is granite-git and it should be resolved by any decent aur helper, I'm sorry but you're probably doing it wrong
Lutrim commented on 2019-11-07 00:41 (UTC)
Installing via makepkg -si or using the AUR helpers does not change anything. The assembly is interrupted with the same lines.
Erde commented on 2019-11-06 18:59 (UTC)
pkgbuild -si does not resolve the dependency unless your additional repo is activated. This might be a more proper link as it contains said repo information: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pantheon
(not that it even seems possibly to assemble a working Pantheon desktop as things are now regardless)
