sure, i updated the .desktop to use env

Seems to have a problem when trying to run the .desktop file with vicinae as it uses execve.

Seems like the WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 environment variable should be set with env, so that the Exec=WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 gale %u line should be Exec=env WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 gale %u instead.
