@dllud thank you and small typo in the command, should be 'chmod +x ganache-$pkgver.AppImage'

Thanks! Worked almost flawlessly.
I got the following error: ~/.cache/pacaur/ganache-bin/PKGBUILD: line 20: ./ganache-1.2.2.AppImage: Permission denied
You must make the panache-$pkgver.AppImage file executable before attempting to extract it. That can be accomplished with a command such as 'chmod +x panache-$pkgver.AppImage' on the prepare() function.
